ha what is the Anglican Church Adam?

if the royals want to keep their priviledges all their lives should be open to public scrutiny.

I thought it might be too subtle for Adam which is why I clarified it.

We've had gay kings before though, Richard I was gay.

That was before Henry VII breaking away from Rome and making the reigning monarch the supreme head of the English church though. Having a Gay as the head of the church obviously is a problem.

Thet're such predictable names too. It wouldn't be so bad if they were trying to think of something unique. It probably took so long cos granny ain't around anymore to tell them what to call her.

I do agree with him though - Louise and Alice = common, Mary and Elizabeth = blatant. Me not knowing about the royal family very much (except that we should overthrow them, house the Queen in a council flat and cure homelessness in London by putting all the beggars and Big Issue sellers in Buck House - but anyway - I digress) I'm not sure where Mountbatten came from.

i like the monarchy. they represent something. even if it isnt you and me because we're far too common, they are there as the posh people of england, as england seems to be looked upon as having posh people

When was that? If it was before about 1988 I won't know about it because I never was good at history. I'm much more au fait with Geography, that's why I did that for GCSE.
