also: anyone else think will and rachel should swap jobs... i just think will sounds better on air - when chris asks rachel to plug something on air, i think she sounds really nervous and hesitant and not a great voice for radio.... just an opinion

I agree and I'm sure Kendra will aswell. She does sound nervous but Chris taking the mick out of her voice is hilarious and especially those choco bars incident yesterday.

I disagree. I actually think I prefer Rachel to Will on the show. I can't see any reason to change it at the moment and I don't think her accent's that bad...
