yeah, they supposedly broke up a few years ago. neil just fired most of the band but kept at it. the new album has the full orchestra again, but is rather mellow.


on a side note, i just burped up my breakfast. sick.

the new single features lauryn laverne, ex kenickie but more now known as a tv presenter and radio dj at xfm. i didnt like the last album anyway, it was very dull. this new single is a bit more like the old stuff.

the production values remind me of fin-de-secil, but the songs seem to be slower. the single, billy bird, stands out on the album but the live versions seemed to have more promise. i'm thinking about flying to the uk to see him next month.
