What is wrong with the Dutch when it comes to football tournaments. They always fizzle out not due to being crap but by the usual infighting. Every couple of years they get to a tournament there are always reports of players being sent home or having a row with the manager. (Egdar Davids last time i think). Even in the qualifiers, they were struggling because of the ego of Ruud Van Nistlerooy.
Now just before the tournament, Clarence Seedorf says he will go on strike if he isnt played in his favourite position. Why do they always shoot themselves in the foot. I had thought of putting some money down the bookies on holland to win it but after these shenanigans, i dont think ill bother.

the dutch players in the national team either come through the ranks at PSV or Ajax or somewhere else and there is great rivalry between them because most of the dutch team play in different countries and dont see eachother as much as other teams players. e.g most of the players in the england squad play in england (apart from beckham and hargreaves) and same for spain italy germany (ok there are some exceptions notably france).but the main reason for the divide in the dutch team is racism. ive just bored myself to sleep....
