Its not a script though cos ive been on this type of thing before. The caller is told how long they have to speak for and scott already knows the track and so there you go. Bobs your uncle

Its probably a pre record played out as LIVE(like core control or request fest etc on Today's Best Mix stations)

If it ent a pre record then its LIVE but Scott is told before hand(either by a quick chat with him before going on air or by sum1 else) what the caller wants to hear
