You've probably heard Chris mention this band before??? Anyways: firstly a shameless plug and then a question...

MOHAIR are playing at The White Room, High Wycombe on MONDAY 25TH OCTOBER - also known as the Students' Union of Bucks Chilterns University, Queen Alexandra Road...they're a great live band and it promises to be a great night! So why not come along? Tickets are only £5!
You can call the box office on 01494 446330 to pre-book - or just turn up on the night!

QUESTION:

As Chris is apparently a fan and sometimes plugs their gigs, does anybody know the best way to go about seeing if he'd like to DJ for us on the night?! Any help appreciated!

Yeah, it's a bit hard to get through to the necessary people though - seem to get sent around the houses!

He's mentioned MOPED, but I have heard of Mohair somewhere on radio 1 I think... probably by Jo Whiley

The difference is Sheldon didn't join the board to advertise the fact, he just mentioned it as an active (and helpful) member.

??Firstly: I didn't join to plug the gig - I joined because we're interested in having Chris for a DJ set: and thought this was a good place to ask the best way to go about it!!!

Secondly: the previous message was no reason to remove my username?! I think that's a little unfair - not really 'how to make friends and influence people'...

The Union box office have all sorts of events to deal with, hence their tricky to get hold of sometimes - it will be pretty busy - but if you get there before 9pm...you'll definitely get in!
