this is probably gonna sound stupid to many of you but it has been fascinating me lately

ive been reading this website http://www.dreamviews.com about 'lucid dreams'. Basically this is a state of being a dream and knowing you're in a dream and from here on being in control of youre actions and situations within in the dream, ultimately meaning that the possibilities are endless. This is something some people are born with the ability to do but it can also be learned. I am wanting to know and learn this as i find it fascinating

My dream jou8rnal can be viewed here: http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8721

You can occasionally do it by accident, i did it last week for only the second time i can remember. The first time it happened, i just thought, hey, i'm dreaming, and sorta told myself to wake up, and i did. Its weird, but quite funny too.

That would just wreck my head. Fortunetly despite having no control over my dreams I'm quite happy with them anyway.

Interesting... would make my own dreams about the fit one from Girls Aloud (or is that fit ones... all 3 of them) better.

I've been having nightmares about evil breeding hamsters, not on purpose tho, but have no idea what that stands for. Funnily enough its not in any dream books I can find....

An old wives tale but maybe cut out the cheese before you go to bed or empty your cheeks of all excess nuts before you hit the sack...

Apparently light switches don't work in dreams.

It's supposed to be really easy to make yourself fly in lucid dreams, my friends really interested and he's trying to teach himself.
