The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

Returned from town today with a copy of 'Joints n Jam' by 'Black Eyed Peas' upon inspecting said vinyl purchase my father was heard to proudly proclaim (*for full effect adopt thick Cornish accent) "bloody Black Eyed Peas-I'll give them a bloody black eye" before topping it with a very satisfying "bloody Joints and Jam?I'll Jam their bloody Joints in the car door" Other old man Tw@ 'classiques' have included "Pulp-I'll bloody beat them to a Pulp", "Morcheeba I'll have bloody less cheeba" and the all time favourite "I'll bloody well Massive Attack you in a minute"
Anymore?

i think its always a good thing when your parents hate the music to listen to it means you are doing right. the worrying thing is if your mum knows the words to stan by eminem and hums champagne supernova all the time...

My mum and dad like most of the music I listen to, including Eminem, Mull Historical Society, Gay Dad, Electric Soft Parade......So I'm scared.

But my parents listen to r1 so its expected. But they hate the Strokes

my dad likes crap music- like blink 182 and opm. infact, he steals my cds and is pissed when i don't let him borrow them.

my mom likes some of it- like she bought mull historical- but hates most of it.
