this is becoming impossible. i am trying to get a freeware tetris which is not shareware, not online playable, just to play offline in spare time. neither do i want it to be very small in the middle of the screen. just bog standard tetris with no frills. anyone know a link to get them. please dont say search for http://www.download.com cos all of them are shareware

why dont u buy an orig gameboy for about £3 on ebay then buy tetris.
That way it will completely bog standard.

There's a good veresion of Tetris which you can download and have full screen if you go to http://www.80smusiclyrics.com/download_games.shtml and follow the instructions there. When you have right clicked on Tetris and downloaded it you can select "open with" to choose a program to open the game in (It's a flash [SWF] file) but I think the default program is going to be Internet explorer where you can still play the game using this to view it without going online, it probably won't even ask you if you want to connect.
