Just to note - that ive just read the whole post.. Back and all.

Its not advised to shave whilst on your back.

Read Frank Skinner by Frank Skinner if you can get hold of it! Once you start reading, you can't put it down. Lets just say I dont read many books - managed to read the whole lot in a few days whilst on holiday.

Yeah, Adam, I don't think the shaving is a very good option really. Anyway, being off work gives me an excuse to just be lazy and not shave.

The Frank Skinner book is a good idea, I've been meaning to read that, another thing to add to my Wife's shopping list for tommorow! Or my mum, she might actually pay for it for me.......even better!

As for writing a story about Chris and his team, I think I'll give that a miss if you don't mind.

Gaspode, oen of my guitar strings have broken, I'm awaiting a new one - anothr thing on that shopping list.

Write a romantic poem for your wife for Valentines Day?

ha ha ha, Sorry, I am just terrible at poetry. That's why, when I have any part in writing a song for our band, I only do the music.

Nice idea though. It would just be full of cliches!

A piece of music written especially for her would be cool for Valentines Day. I'd like that anyway.

My boyfriend actually asked me what I'd like for Valentines Day which kinda spoils the surpirse :(

I am actually having trouble getting something as I can't go out. My mum has got me a card with strict instructions not to get anything tacky. I have been looking for flowers to be delivered but they are really expensive (Obviosuly) and we said we would just get a token gift for each other as we are having a late present to each other, a week away in New York over Easter.

Like I said earlier, can't really do any music as my guitar is stuffed and I think she will want sometjing she can actually have if you kow what I mean, especially for our first Valentines day as a married couple.

I'll prob get my mum to get some flowers from somewhere and bring them round as its much cheaper than delievery which I just can't afford.

You've kind of got to give flowers, it's like an unwritten rule or something. I reckon that even if you bought a car as a present you'd still have to buy flowers as well.

I've got really bad hayfever so any past present or future boyfriend of mine has had/will have a really good not to get me flowers.

Do you really need to get a guy a card? Do most guys like cards? I got my boyfriend Rangers tickets but just gave them to him this week as I'm away in London with my Mum for Valentines Day. Should I get him a card as well? Its a bit silly giving him a card when you've already given a present, no?

I figure I've got him well trained now tho :)

Do most guys really not think of presents until just before the event? My friends and I always plan partners b/days a month or so in advance so we can get something nice :)
