It's ok. According to the newspaper I was reading the other day, think it was the Independant, it's pulled in the highest ratings yet for five, with sporting events and films excluded.

I think, after watching the first three episodes, that it is very good and you'll find yourself effortlessly laughing at it IF you don't try and compare it to friends and take it for what it is. It's great to see Joey's character getting even more limelight as, for me, he was what I like most of all about friends.

If you take the prgram on its own, like Eddie says, it's good and enjoyable. Still better than lots of crap that's on TV.

I'm up to episode 18 on Joey, so far so good!

You read a decent paper? You surprise me.

It's on Channel 5? I think that's the smartest move they've made since it's inception to be honest - it's going to be popular at least at the start because it's not a completely new program as such - it's like going from Cheers to Frasier and the Friends fans will watch at least the first few.

IMO the Best thing on Five is CSI (original/vegas, then the others).... but Joey comes a close second for me, seems a lot less people are aware of any of the CSI shows here though, but I think they pull in big ratings in the US...

Yeah, I think its still the most watched show over there, and rightly so, its fantastic. Victoria Newton looks like a goth in her Sun picture.
