I have often thought what life would be like if Moyles was to die...

RULES
Each entry costs £3. £2 is entered into the draw 'pot', the other £1 is an administration charge (credit card processing/tax/profit!).
Your chosen victim must be famous. We define 'famous' as being mentioned in a news story, past or present, on the BBC News website. Your victims death must also be reported by the BBC on this website.
Our decision is final on the status of your chosen victim.
Your victim must also be alive at the time of entry!
If your payment is declined by your bank, your entry will become null and void.
You can enter as many times as you like but must sign up each time you chose a victim.
You cannot choose a victim that is already listed in the database.
There must be ten days between entering your victim and their final death.
If you are at any time found to be involved in the death of your victim you will not be eligible for payout.
Nominations cannot be alterted in any way.
Once a death has occurred, all participants will be notified by e-mail and the current game will be ended.
Payment to the winner will be made by cheque within fourteen days of the death.
