Noticed this around the 7.30 news in wednesdays show.... Carrie laughed and to me it sounded really cute... possibly a little too cutesy...

anyone else hear it?

I've clipped the bit I think you mean (Meg Ryan == Germany) and your right it is a very cute laugh and giggle. I don't know why but that is really sexy, possibly because it's not something you hear too often (I'm talking in general now!). Girls don't seem to laugh as much as boys (Again, in general), which is probably why they have the umph most of the time!!!
