I've just taken this from the entertainment news pages of Radio 1 online and it has a quote from Moyles on the show and it states that Chris will continue to present his afternoon show on Radio 1! the url for this news if you want to actually read it there is

Radio 1's Chris Moyles is to host a weekday entertainment show on Channel 5.

The half-hour show will be produced by ex-Radio 1 breakfast presenter Chris Evans.

Channel 5 Director of Programmes, Kevin Lygo, said:

"Chris Moyles is a unique talent, he's straight-talking, irreverent and unpredictable. I'm delighted we've been able to attract him to 5."

Chris Evans said:

"Chris Moyles is the man of the moment and I couldn't be more excited to be working with him."

Chris Moyles said:

"It's going to be great."

The show has been described as 'a topical entertainment show' and will start in the Autumn. Chris Moyles will still continue to present his afternoon show on Radio 1.

Good good! Moyles didn't mention anything about it, although right at the start he says "So everyone knows the news, its been in the paper all weekend so I might aswell speak about it" and you thought he would speak about the tv show but as you could have seen, coming from a mile away "Yes, thats right, Terry Venables!"

Although Mark and Lard did congratulate him about his tv show on their show today.

Chris Evans bought a House called Hascombe Court sometime ago. The small pub, chris moyles was talking about is called The White House.

A newly hired researcher on the show tells me that it'll be on at 7pm. I warned her that she'll be roped in to be on air if she's not too careful.

The team are looking for a location for the show between R1 and Moyles' home.
