Hi I've been thinking about registering on here. I always try to catch up with what I've missed and go to listen again, read the reviews etc. But I've recently started browsing the forums. I saw a comment on one of last week's reviews (think it was Monday's) which suggested you can download the show. Is that possible, because i'd really like to have the Jay Kay show?

You type in the actual URL for the file to "listen again" in the download location.

The reason it goes so slow is because it is a streaming server, which means it is meant to be played as you download it, and it therefore cannot be high quality because PPP users would have a hard time listening to it. It should take you roughly 3 hours to download a show.

I downloaded Dance Anthems once, thats around 2 hours and 10 mins. But it took me an hour n half. It takes shorter time, but if it were a direct download of an .ra file then it would take around a couple of mins for a whole show (on broadband).
I remember this thread, i downloaded net transport back when it was popular. And it has to be one of the most useful things i have on my PC. It's fantastic.

The new version of Quicktime doesn't let you save mov files, is Net Transport a way around that?
