The backing music is way older than 2004.
I bet they will use Barbers Adagio For Strings (lol it's the only classical record i know the name to) for when Chelsea win it next season...

After listening to Moyles and from the information here I can tell you it's the Balcony scene from Romeo and Juliet. Available on Volume 2 of the Romeo and Juliet CD (see Amazon).

It's written by Craig Armstrong.
