Yeah, I can see where you're coming from. I mean, I'm interested in radio as an industry (hell I work in it goddamit!) and some people would call that geeky or whatever, but I don't get all anoraky over the presenters themselves.

People have different interests, surely it's a good thing that not everyone is the same, thinks the same, likes the same things, and takes the same amount of interest in everything?

It surprises me how often people think people should be exactly like they are or they're not "normal" & how quick they can be to condemn people who are different.

fair comment, and I'm not knocking anyone for being enthusiasticaly interested in Chris Moyles, I mean, he's just another well known person, and how many different fan clubs are there out there for all different levels of celebrities!

I personally hero worship the legend that was steve hampson but hes not got a messageboard so i cant go there......

Instead of Having 1000 posts next to his name, shouldnt DrLoz have 1k? This would surely save space, however if this was a computer forum, then he wouldnt get the 1k award till he had 1024 posts. COME ON DrLoz, only a few more to go

What about if someone bought 3198 computers BUT then they realised they needed another, so went back and bought one more. Then they would have 3199 computers.

Mission accomplished: the number 3199 related to computers :D :D :D

Yes, but they don't have to be related to computers. I could post a few thousand messages about.....erm...... mickey mouse! If I really wanted! Don't worry I won't.
