Since you published this image on the internet without any form of registered copyright than their is little you can do. Altough i can sympathise with your plight, the potential profit you must have lost from selling your image to Hello and OK magazine must have you tossing and turning at night (even more so than usual).

Why not take a step back, appreciate the quality of the image nip and stop being so uptight.

no no you have it all wrong, it's not the image I have the problem with (except it HAS been done before and hence isn't funny this time), it's the way he was a right twat about it. Also I never said I WOULD take action, just noting a technicality, which he seems to be a big fan of. shame he can't turn that fine judgement of who is 'factually incorrect' on himself.

Fine whatever this is the last I will say on the matter, though I really don't see why I should do what he wants.
