If it said "spongeing asylum seekers are all bombers" then I'd have a problem with it.

It does make me slightly uncomfortable, but I wouldn't say they're totally out of line. After all, it says "Bombers are all Sponging Asylum Seekers", and not "Asylum Seekers are all Sponging Bombers".

If the headlines purpose was to highlight the coincidence that the bombers were all asylum seekers they wouldn't have bothered writing it at all.

Also, i dont listen to the radio anymore, i prefer to pick my own music to listen to.

I don't understand how you can be classed as a "fan" without listening to his show.
Listening to his show is the only way you can get a intake of "moylesness" humour etc.
He isn't going to be on Radio 1 forever and you should enjoy him while he is here. Once he leaves radio 1 who knows where he will end up? In reality he will prberly be gone by easter 2007 so not to savour him now would be a bit of a crime.

I disagree - you can be a fan without listening to him. Some people don't get the chance, doesn't mean they don't like him.

These old Elvis Fans still buy his records as seen in January this year. You however are not listening to his show which is exactly the same, if not worse (you already pay for it) then never buying a Elvis record but pretending you are still a fan
