Is it illegal to make your own radio show, record it and then put it on the internet?

dont see why not, aslong as it doesnt violate your hosts TOS.

I'm no expert, but I don't believe theres anything stopping you as long as you're paying for any licensed music or not playing licensed music at all.

Well i bought all the songs of the websites listed on the radio 1 website.

buying them means you have the right to listen to them yourself, but not to broadcast them.... unless radio 1 lists sites that sell that, like the publishing record labels etc.

It depends how many people you tell about it. If it's only amoung friends you should be ok, but you could get into trouble if anyone important found out.

Going back to the thread title a moment.... I know a very naive 18 year old who is driving to Alton Towers today. He is supposed to be taking himself and five friends in his Micra. The best question I've been asked for a very long time yesterday was "is it illegal to have six people in a five-seater car?" Think you answered your own question there...

I wouldn't have said it's that stupid a question. It's only illegal because one of them would have to do without a seatbelt.

Also I dont think its to do with how many people that deems the vehicle unsafe, its depends how heavy the passengers are. If its a fat bloke, that may cause you to carry excess weight and an illegal load.

However, if you are carrying 5 pasengers who are skinny it should be ok.
