we need people for these specialist shows, Dance, Rock / Punk, Rap / Hip-Hop, or anything else.

Also we have space for a few General shows which are a mix of chart music.

No offence, but that sounds like a real two bit operation you have there. Are you actually saying that record the sound coming out of your speakers? Why not just bypass the speaker and use a wire going from you speaker out to mic/line in?

It dependson what setup you have, describe it more. What do you talk into and what is that connected to etc.

Oh hell no, it's just a chatroom nick of mine that seems to have stuck like... something sticky. Aren't there like 10 of them(?!)...Evident proof if ever need be that quantity is no substitute for quality. Take a talentless band member who can't sing/dance (e.g. Justin Timberlake) and x10...Doesn't sound much like a winning formula to me.
