Sounds way clearer! A lot better! Try encoding in stereo and see how that sounds. But as for mono, it's fine.

Excellent, btw the reason it is in mono is because it would have been >14MB otherwise and I currently have problems uploading files >14MB to my primary server.

Yes, I understand you putting such a big file in mono to make it smaller. But with shorter files (such as jingles) try and make then 128kbps stereo and see how they run.
