So what? It's not for the posters benefit, it's implied that it's for the benefit of the companies involved on the extreme off chance they'll be looking at this thread. If they were conciquently so bothered about taking legal action, which is doubtful, they would look at the T&C's rather than a vague legal warning posted on the same thread.
