Did you jump on the cricket bandwagon, or were you a legitimate fan before the Ashes? All of this smacks of the Rugby World Cup.

I didn't do it for the Rugby, but I did for the cricket. Although I was starting to watch cricket a bit before the ashes. 20Twenty cricket is best.

ahahaha I jumped on the bandwagon as soon as we won. Didn't actually watch any of it. That would have been pointless - what if we'd lost?!

Hated cricket before, hate it even more now. Similar to what happened with Rugby when we won the world cup.

I'm sorry, but until we do it in football, which I know is unlikely at the moment, I'm just not interested.

i watch England but the county game is just awful to watch. I've watched Michael Atherton score a century over what felt like six months and now they knock em out in a few hours.

Quick Cricket is the reason i tell ya!

No bandwagon jumping for me. Sooo pleased we have won the Ashes.

Love cricket. I went to the Old Trafford test too and it was awesome..

Until very recently when I was told differently, I thought you had three stumps at one end and one at the other. Serious. Apparently that's only in Quick Cricket though.

I don't like cricket and I dare say that it will be a very rare occasion when I watch it again but I have done my fair share of bandwagon jumping these Ashes. I will support England in anything but I rarely watch a sport that I don't like - this was somehow different.

Didn't watch much because it dosent appeal to me. But i watched the last part yesterday with the bad light n all. Congrats to them! But next time they play and things go wrong (like the rugby in 2004), people will drop them and lose interest becuase they aren't winning. Shame really. Yet the footballers can do it and they will be watched next time no matter how bad they played in their last match.

I went to the pub with my boyfriend last night and the presentation of the ashes was on. Must say it doesn't float my boat.

some people are stupid enough to think that cricket is this exciting all the time. try sitting through 7 hours of a frizzel county championship match between hampshire and someone like durham and see how fun that isnt. although it is good for the sport and im sure more peop,e will be interested in 20twenty and the one dayers.

Well if we can win at Rugby and Cricket - why stop the dream ?

I'm sure every footy fan in the land would probably die of shock if they won, best we didnt I suppose.

I can't see England winning it just now, Brazil are far too strong anyway.

i wouldnt die of shock because we do have very good players but we just wont. weve gotta qualify first anyway.

You will qualify, the media blew that so out of proportion it was ridiculous, just because of a couple of rubbish games. I would have died of shock if Scotland qualified now we have a good chance.

Anything can happen in football, but the way England have been playing it kind of dampens the spirit.

We could always fluke a win against Brazil. We nearly beat them in the last world cup.
