Please don't go and see this film, i enjoyed the first and second but this one is shite. It borrows so many scenes from other films its unbelievable. Personally IMHO Seth green is probably the funniest.

I just seen Training Day and that film is a classic forget Denzel and the oscar, Ethan Hawke was as good if not better than Denzel but the oscars love a bad guy.

I totally agree on the triaing day stuff....... but the whole point of austin powers is that it is a spoof. Of course its going to borrow stuff from other films.....

no it was originally called Goldmember but the owners of James Bond were a bit pissed off because it sounds too much like one of their films. They later developed a sense of humor and let it go.

I thik you will find that after a legnthy debate they agreed to let the film be called Goldmember after an agreement was made that New Line show MGM trailers before their films.

Agreed, The Danny devito cameo was the best of the cameos, but yet again the Osbornes get paid $$$$ to do f'all

ok this is my first offiial post on this board and i'm sorry but i just hadda post!! i totally have to disagreee!! the new Austin Powers film was brilliant...and you ppl out there enjoy a good laugh, like me, go see it and you ppl like the lovely chap that started this thread who do nothin but moan and criticise films which should not b taking seriously and are spoofs like a few ppl have pointed out, stay at home and criticise summit else...like fred from coronatiosn streets new hiar cut!! he's wnet much shorter than he use to!! scandal if u ask me!! it's more paractical things like this that would be suitabel for your tastes...thank u!

See junior, i was merely giving my opinion on the film, this is a messageboard for gods sake.......aren't you supposed to air your opinions here? In my opinion Austin Powers isn't funny anymore its just tired, i enjoyed the opening cameos and the fact that the operation was called preperation H was amusing but apart from that i thought the film was shite.
Don't get me wrong im no film critic but even in the Austin Powers trailers now people are saying "It was a laugh a minute"...."it was soooo funny"......"i was glued to my seat"
I must admit though i was glued to my seat..............otherwise i would have left
