its real madrid they shouldnt need a rightback that can cross. they dont rely on crosses except for set pieces when beckham takes over. they should just have 4 defenders who are good defenders and not worry about getting forward and crossing.

i guess thats their problem. when he and roberto carlos first joined they were excellent. salgado in his first 2 seasons was a brilliant uncompramsing tough defender, he has turned into a bit of a nonce now.

No. Football always has periods of dominance by a team. Yes, Chelsea's is down to money but that's not always the case as we've seen with Arsenal, Man U, Liverpool/Everton in recent years. The status quo will be restored eventually.

Hard to see that happening. But anything can happen with football.

I have nothing against Chelsea, im not going to jump on the bandwagon. I think they have some talent in the team, and i think Lampard, Terry and Cole are amazing players. But i guess the argument is with them, that they have got so much money. They can buy other players (hence Wright-Phillips), stick them on the bench and stop them being a threat in other clubs. Which is kind of unfair really...
