There is a way to do it. You put the word you want googling in a link to the site you want - Bush or Blairs in this instant, then loads of people click it. Something along the lines of that.

Odds are Console will know something about, I have explained it very poorly, but I know that google doesn't set these up themselves

It's called "Googlebombing" and it exploits Google's page ranking system.

If there are lots of web sites linking to the same page using the same phrase, Google moves that search result up in the page ranking list for that search. So if loads of people organise hundreds of thousands of links to that page, where the text in the link is "failure" then chances are it will be number one in the list when people search for "failure" and thus will be the web site they automatically get taken to when they click "I'm Feeling Lucky".
