I've only had one beer in three months and in that time I have lost over two stone (I have been eating heathily too) without any extra excersise so giving up the pop really does help you loose weight!

Cool well its nice to see some people replied  ::) I'm 19, I live in "Landan" with my band BUT don't think im a *. Im from Leeds YAY. Infact I use to live just down the road from The Moyles Machine. <br><br>Im into alsorts of bands. Mostly metal/heavyrock/grunge and that sorta stuff. Bands such as Silverchair/nickelback/Drowning Pool/Everlast/incubus/Puddle of Mudd/Machine Head/Live/Bush/Send No Flowers/The Police/stranglers/Led Zep/Black Sabbeth/metallica etc etc etc. I don't like much dance orientated music although I like "iio - rapture". <br><br>If anyone wants to check out my band go to <br><br>www.d-u-n-e.co.uk (im the skin'ed) <br><br>
