No. He's a "crunk" hip-hop producer in the states. He can't rap/sing/ he just produces. You can hear him on Ushers "Yeah" screaming it in the background. And that is what Moyles is getting at. He also looks like the predator.

well as Dickie points out, I dont think it is "whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?" - however Moyles always seems to mention Little John and Whhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaat in the same sentence which made me think it was.
