I liked it when it first came out then they went stupid and brought out to many pointless add ons.

It's getting a bit boring now I suppose. Get some proper games like F.E.A.R., Call of Duty 2 and Half Life 2.

Playing for long periods of time - isn't good. Nice to have an hour or two here or there, but 5 hours is just crazy.

Me! I love some of the cheats avaliable. My Sims are millionaires!

I hope to be getting the nighttime and Christmastime expansion packs for Xmas.

I used to like it but got bored of it after a while and sold it (PS2 Version) on Ebay.

TBH its great when u 1st get it, but once you start to get bored of it (wich you probably will) then you will wonder why you bought it the 1st place

But someone like myself - who doesnt play for 8 hours at a time, im unlikely to get bored of it very quickly.

The Sims 2 is really annoying because if you don't cheat, then as soon as you get your Sims to be halfway decent they get old and die. For this reason I often find it pointless and give up playing.
