Depends. Could an autopsy tell what killed him first, the cancer or the plane crash? Depends how badly the body was disfigured and if they found it

Nope cause you can't really prove a causal link between his death and the plane crash if he died of another illness 1st. Under Scots law if he was dying of a terminal illness and only had days to live but decided to take a flight and the plane crashed and he died of his injuries then he still could have a remedy. It doesn't matter if he was going to die anyway.
