Nope cause you can't really prove a causal link between his death and the plane crash if he died of another illness 1st. Under Scots law if he was dying of a terminal illness and only had days to live but decided to take a flight and the plane crashed and he died of his injuries then he still could have a remedy. It doesn't matter if he was going to die anyway.
