OK, I knew my collection of Moyles cassettes from the last few years wouldn't go to waste. I have now finally managed to import them to my computer as mp3s, so have a huge archive of clips available to me. Mostly from the breakfast show (I may upload some 2004 stuff in a few weeks) but I have about ten or so cassettes from late 2002 and 2003 here.

I'm uploading ten clips to begin with (including Fire At Will!) and the quality is fine. Obviously not as good as the clips Console provides, but considering they have come from tapes perfectly acceptable:

9. Local radio cheese | 128kps | 0.75MB | 1min 14 | Download it here - Moyles adopts his local radio alter ego, and it’s all going smoothly - until he predictably screws up.

10. Who’s The Daddy Mills | 128kps | 4.52MB | 4mins 56 | Download it here - Chris gives perhaps his best ever show intro, as he reacts to a challenge set by Scott Mills earlier in the day. From the final day of the 2003 Comic Relief Challenge - must hear Moyles Gold!

They all work for me, but for some you have to type the link in the box on the page it sends you to, which then gives you another link, to another page which has a link to the download.
