Yeah I thought that too.

It was lame how they didn't even show any of the rescue attempts and just kept reading random names out on the radio. My shoestring budget theory has been confirmed.

Another thing, how the hell did everyone get out of the plane, while Conner and Serena were still in there? And it said on the radio that the wreck was spread over a wide area. How the hell did that happen from a crash landing at sea? Surely the plane would pretty much stay in one piece? (Although I'm no expert)
