I used to get trapped inside the tunnel just before Great Portland Street, and there is one place between Great Portland Street and Baker Street (I think) Which you can listen to Radio 1.

Apart from that, if your underground, then obviously no. But dont forget quite a lot of south, west and east london is outdoors.
