...is there a problem now with requesting links, i appreciate the time involved in clipping the requested features but i've noticed that a lot of requests are not being answered?

No problems, just a slight backlog.

If people could give dates and listen again times in their posts then clips would be able to be done in much shorter time.

Unfortunately us people who produce the clips are just as human as the rest and have lives outside of work and the internet to live.
