Can someone tell me the name of that song they use as backing music when they talk about the world cup. I've herd it playing in the stadium at some of the matches as well.

It starts with a kind of slow sad music played on hors or somthing and then goes into a fast samba like music. It has bagpipes in it at some point as well.

the sad music is a specially written version of the chris moyles theme by music4. You wont be able to find a copy of it.
