Upgraded the Sound Machine to version 4.2.0

Changes include:

* Support for up to 20 SoundPaks
* Can now have four SoundPaks active at any one time
* Remembers the active SoundPak when restarting the application
* Revised the instruction and installation guide including how to make your own SoundPaks
* New graphics and icon

Added two new articles, the first an interview from Deluxe Magazine in 1998 (has he changed?) - the second an interview with Comedy Dave. Thanks to Uglybob for both.
