Chris played This Morning music at the start of the show. It is safe to assume that I can mention now that John Leslie is the man involved in the whole Ulrika Rape allegation. Newspapers are full of this today after Matthew Wright said his name on live television yesterday. Im sure that will add another 100,000 viewers today to his show. Clever bugger.
Emails flooded in about Panama Canal being famous. The team was wrong about the strongest muscle which they said was the tongue, it was in fact the heart. The team ran out of material at 3:20pm and they started playing Allo Allo and Treasure Hunt themes. Chris couldnt find the background music so was looking at all the discs of material and he read some old features out including the Fergie one where they play Happy Days theme after he says it. Dave said that the Breakfast Show had pinched and copied that idea. Chris played their mix, or so he thought, it was in fact a clean out of date Fergie advert where he doesnt say the phrase. Will said that even though they had no material they were still overunning.
Chris opened the phone lines. Some person requested he play the Poole Harbour trailer and asked if he can download it from the site. That would have been a perfect set up but alas he didnt mention us. With the help of the Mastermind music, Chris quizzed Dave on his general knowledge. Dave played new feature Kinder Surprise Surprise at 4:15pm. Daves feature was somewhat of a damp squib as Wills surprise was Ginna on the phone, problem being that Ginna talks to Will all the time and spoke to him yesterday. Chris went through the trails again and played the start of a Banned commercial. From the beginning he played I can say that it was the Wankee advert which is available in the Sound Vault. Daves TV guide for tonight included Rick Stein and his favourite actor, Chuck Norris in an action film.
Dave is off the booze for a week because he is taking antibiotics for an ear infection. Chris said that he should get his ears syringed. Chris has always wanted it done. Will said it is supposed to be a pleasant experience. Well I can vouch for that as I got my ears done 2 years ago. Will put it well when he described it as Colonic Irrigation for the Ears. Chris claimed to be 13 stone but he said he changed the dial back. Chris trailed a special mystery guest which he says will be very very funny on his TV show tonight.
Chris' new background music is from Lemon Jellys new album Lost Horizons called Nice Weather For Ducks. My sister has bought it for me on Amazon and im getting it tomorrow. A caller rang up to recommend a different way of getting wax out of your ears. It was a special type of candle that you light and stick in your ear. I think its a case of Dont Try This At Home plus the side effects are that you get ear wax spilling out onto your pillow while your sleeping.
Chris got more free stuff in an attempt for him to plug their products. The flimsiest excuse of a plug came in. Chris got free Walnut Whips and Toffee Crisps just because Craig David mentions them in his new song. Secondly Chris has 1 boxing glove signed by Mr T from the A Team. Chris complained that the new Fame Academy trail doesnt mention the Chris Moyles show, which Aled talks on. Chris played a Game of how many times they mention the word Fame Academy in 55 seconds. The answer was 10. Face it BBC, your stuffed, its a stinker of a show. Why not tune in tonight at 7pm to Channel 5 instead. Aled showed up Dave by beating him in an impromptu Introductory Service by 5-2.

Daves Tedious Link
The Cult She Sells Sanctuary - The word Cult is similar in letters to the word Colt, which is a type of small horse - Horses are measured in hands - Hands are made up of fingers (and thumbs Dave) - Fish Fingers are made up of the Freshest North Sea Cod - Cod rhymes with God - God created the Universe - The Universal was a 1995 hit for Blur - A blur is what you get if you suffer from short or long sightedness and are not wearing your prescribed spectacles - Spectacles rhymes with Testicles - Testicles are exclusive to men as are beards (not in my village) - ZZ Top all have beards (Incorrect Frank Beard doesnt have a beard) - ZZ Top had a 1985 hit with Legs - Legs all have different types of bones which are all connected - Which Links us to Stereo MC's and Connected
