The opening link was filled with Chris moaning about Will's tight fistedness, because he wouldn't get the tea's in. Dave was feeling under the weather so he wasn't in today. The team had been sent a fridge with 4 bottles of Champagne in and some gangsta fridge magnets such as I axe you! and Can't scrap a lick?. Chris said he could do with the fridge, but he doesn't want the Champagne because it's lager for posh people.

Aled - Didn't come out on Tuesday. On Wednesday came out in the rain by himself and ran 3 miles in 25 minutes, breaking his record.
Will - Once again excelled at skipping. It's got to be asked what does he do in his spare time? Didnt come out on Wednesday. Fell over while using the abs roller.
Dave - One word to describe Dave this week - Absent. He promised Scott he'll stage a comeback next week and Chris was annoyed that he got away with it.
Chris - Ran for 30 minutes on Tuesday and overcame his fear of the abs roller. Didn't come out on Wednesday which deprived him of licky licky brown nose. He must remain motivated.

Bitches in The Daily Star had a picture of Zoe Lucker from Footballers Wives. Chris really fancies her. Will didnt like her knees in the photo to which Chris replied It's like she's smuggling footballs and you're looking at her knees!
Will and Chris had to study the Page 3 idol girls so they can 'whittle' it down to five. Will picked Clare Embelton and Jo Louise while Chris picked Jemma Jones and Nicola T. This leaves Aled to pick one.
Chris says he is knackered. Chris said to write todays show off as its really crap and he is tired. He said he taken 1 sickie in 5 years. Will said that the trouble is he comes in when he shouldnt and he moans and moans. Chris doesnt mind Emma B filling in. Will said that she doesnt flash anymore. Will said that Paul McKenna isnt coming to the xmas party as he is touring in Scotland. Will wants the guy thats now in the theatre. I think he means Michael Greco. Chris played the clips of Paul Mckenna again.
Chris still hasnt started Xmas shopping. He has no idea what to get everybody. He knows he is going to run out of time. Chris said he decided a couple of years ago not to send Xmas cards. Aled said that he gets annoyed by people sending cards that you havent sent to just before the deadline. His mum rang today to tell him on air to ask for a new oven.
Chris doesnt know whats wrong with Jo. Aled sort of said that she left but your wrong. Jo is very ill at the moment and could lose the use of her legs. Chris plugged Jools Hollands Later show on Friday night with the Datsuns, Foo Fighters, One Giant Leap and Coldplay.
DJ Spoony joined the team after the tedious link after Chris slags them off for doing nothing. I guess that they are always in on Thursdays to record their Sunday Am slot.
