Chris had an extra long lie in this morning and it had taken Rachel to call him and wake him up, and we hit week 7 of Chris's Man Flu, and was feeling bad because he wanted a week off as he had a cold, where as the drummer from Def Leopard carried on with a no arm.

Today the new issue of TOTP magazine came out today with a poster of the entire team , the poster is right in the centre pages and has Mcfly on the other side (the issue has Girls Aloud on the cover)the poster from left to right is Dave (with the sun in his eyes),Rachel(Looking Ravashing), Chris (in an old shirt looking twice the size of everyone else), Dominic,Carrie and Aled (who looked like he had gone OOOmpa Loompa orange, and tango'ed.
Dave said everyone who listened to the show should put the poster in there window, then came the idea that Chris would give a £50 tip to anyone who put it in the partition in there taxi. This then set Dave off on a tangent about those little silver plates they give you to leave tips.
Buzz Off
John Lee Hooker - Boom Boom Boom
This Joice was inspired by that Nas song that's out at the moment that i have to say is really growing on me,Dave Buzzed straight away and quite rightly if you ask me followed straight after by Aled about mid way through and Rachel buzzed last listners voted 54% Buzz On.(exactly the same as last Tuesday with Dave and Aled both Buzzing straight away again)

Tedious Link (Nicked from Mc's update)
They Might Be Giants Birdhouse In Your Soul - The band They Might Be Giants were formed in Boston, Massachusetts, which is in America, thus making them 100% American - American Idiot is a top record by Green Day - Green Day are one of the few musical artists in the world whose name includes the word “green”, the other one being of course Green Gartside of Scritti Politti - Scritti Politti had a big hit with “The Word Girl” - The word “girl” rhymes with “twirl”, which is a type of chocolate - Chocolate melts when subjected to moderate heat, as does wax - Wax is a primary ingredient in a candle - Candle In The Wind is a song you’d associate with Elton John - Elton John’s other half is called David Furnish - Furnishings is a broad term incorporating carpets and curtains - Curtains need runners - Runners of a different type are often found at the Olympics - The Olympics were first invented in Greece - Greece won the last Euro championships, while the next ones are to be hosted by Switzerland and Austria - Austria is the home of Mozart, who sadly died before he was able to complete his aply titled “Unfinished Symphony” - Which links us to the similar sounding record, (and quite frankly awesome) Massive Attack and Unfinished Sympathy
- FLAWS: - Major major mistake today that crumbles the whole link:
*“Unfinished Symphony” was actually the work of Franz Shubert, not Mozart. Ah the sniff of research...
Also Chris’s stumble when introducing the track can count as somewhat of a flaw today, or at least go down as slightly unfortunate. He was struggling to hit the end break into the pips, and mis pronounced his line “5 minutes of absolute pure bliss” as “5 minutes of absolute pure jizz”... much to Comedy Dave’s amusement.
