From the Daily Record:
EVANS' SHOW A TURN-OFF
CHRIS Evans' TV comeback has been branded a dismal flop after his new show attracted a paltry 400,000 viewers.
Despite a massive publicity campaign and the pulling power of controversial Radio One DJ Chris Moyles, Evans' eagerly awaited Channel 5 production failed to live up to expectations.
ITV's rural soap Emmerdale, with an audience of 8.5million, trounced Live With Chris Moyles.
And a Channel 4 show on the artwork in York and Canterbury cathedrals managed to pull in as many viewers.
Last night, a TV chief said: It's lads' TV and that's all a bit outdated now.
