hello everyone, first post so please be gentile with me.

I've been listerning to chris for years but i'm about to change my job, i'm going to work nights. So i will be ZZZZZZzzzzZZZZZzzzzzz when the show is on.
I won't really get time to 'listen again' so what i want to do is download the whole show and listen on my mp3 player when i'm at work during the night.
I know it will really help me on my shifts to listen to the whole 3hr show. The best of the show 'pod cast' just won't be enough.
Can the listen again be saved as a download or does it have to be streamed.

Oh Thanks Man.... Thats just what i needed. Now the night-shift should fly by. Any i can listen to chris and the team on my mp3
