anybody else wonder what dave would be like hosting his own show. i know that theyve talked about it on chris' show before but whenever dave gets left on his own to do ANYTHING it messes up as we heard in the link the other day. this would be funny but he'd struggle.

Completely, totally agree. Although Dave can be funny, as Magenta said, he's a writer, not a performer. He can come up with the funny stuff but he wouldn't have the right presence to be able to deliver any of it well enough.

Pondlife and Kuppan Moyles 69 I'm sorry Mark and Lard IMHO are the best thing on radio1, Moyles is very funny but Mark and Lard can make a simple feature hilarious day after day, now that is an act.

Did anyone hear when Craig David had Seven Days out, Mark and Lard did their feature where they read out other people's versions of it... e.g. (Not as funny as theirs, but..)

That was when I first listened to them, I was hooked!
