use microsoft works or ezcel and higlight all the cells, and hit sort>a-z

or download the macro fot microsoft word ;)

There's no need to use Excel, you can do it in Word. Just type in your list and hit 'Tables" > "Sort". You don't even need to put the list in a table if you don't want to.

i had to download a macro to have it do that :evil:

and im running office 2000 :(

Strange, I'm only using Office '98 and it does it in mine without downloading any macros.
