basketball is ok but it's kinda gets dull after about 5 minutes. i've never been so bored as when i went to watch the legeendary raiders one sunday afternoon.

i used to play basketball until i got kicked out of the league for being too violent. it is a very american game and bores me to tears.

i'm not getting all macho but Basketball is a non contact sport, which is pointless, thats what i love about football and rugby. I was having an arguement with a friend that Ice Hockey is the most violent sport and i said that its easy to be violent wrapped in 6 inches of padding.

you cant beat a game of Rugby League for needing to bit fit and having to be powerful to take the hits in the game..Union is pants in comparison

as for basketball..its ok...a bit dull but ok

i cant get my head round how it bores people. its fast and furious. most american sports are more exciting...with the exception of baseball...

no longer a non contact sport...touch foul has been eliminated.

basketball season is tought that a football season. 82 regular season games. often playin 4 a week. you take bigger hits in basketball than in football- yet football is considered contact. rugby...fair enuff...its rough.

ice hockey isnt all that violent. you get knocked round a bit but your well padded
