The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

The playlist is catered for teenage schoolgirls stuff like ja rule and the like. Radio 1 should know that GWR cater for that shite. Mark and lard know that they don't fit o the station. i'd love them to get there 10 oclock show back. Weekends are full of dull specailist programming which is of a poor quality. Their argument is "no one listens at the weekend" is garbage. Produce something worth listening to at the weekend and people might listen......

If Radio 1 was run by Hoare------------------------------

7am Moyles
10am Mills (i'd like mayo but it's unlikely)
1pm Emma B and Coxy
4pm Christian McConnel
6pm Dave Pearce
8pm OneLive with Lamacq and Lowe
10pm Mark and Lard

nice work! i wouldn't be arguing with that. i don't see why they play tennage girl crap when teenage girls don't listen to the show most of the time anyway

I thought Mayo was great, we used to have him on in the office at work and play along with the mystery years, I was absolutely fantastic! I also liked the king of the movies and those other quizzes he did. His show was just packed with great stuff.
At that time of day it's only going to be mainly office workes and white van men listening anyway, so why care about the 'fresh face' of Radio 1.

GET MAYO BACK!!!

I'm sure his 5 live show is good, but it overlaps with M&L and Moyles, so I never get chance to listen.

I don't think Moyles would be funny in any other slot than he already has.He couldn't do breakfast, too much music and news, not long enouh links. During the day no-one would listen. The drivetime slots suits him best in my opinion.

drive-time is just right, great for when you are stuck in traffic, laughing out loud - embarrassing.

Breakfast slot no way - he'd still be p issed

He used to fill for the breakfast show a couple of years ago and it was pretty good. I wouldn't want him to change these days though, cos i don't get up 'til at least 12.

radcliffe i would say is the next to go. he's 44 and he is constantly criticising the playlist...if he stays he'll replace peel
or he'll move to 6 music
