I think on the performance last night Milan or United could stuff Liverpool - I've never seen a supposedly top class team so slow and dithery on the break. However, the fact that they have a habit of winning European cup finals is also significant. I hope United hold on, although I don't think they will.

Forgive me Charlalottie, but there is nothing I would like more than for Chelsea to finish the season with only the one trophy that Maureen dismissed as irrelevant when United won it. Well, maybe I would swap that for Colchester reaching the Championship playoffs, getting into the final and being narrowly beaten by a last minute goal against the run of play. Don't want promotion, that would be silly, but the scenario above would answer all my requirements for football happiness. If I had to trade Chelsea winning the Champions League and/or the Premiership for that though, it would be a tough one. I think I'd take the Colchester scenario on balance, although if Mr Yudster discovered my treachery I would be in big trouble.

I'd like Liverpool to win the champion's league.... Man Utd have got the league sewn up, so with that in mind let Chelsea have the FA Cup. I guess for many this season's cups/top leagues are a lose lose situation as to who you want to triumph.

Actually, I don't think its my decision - and if we don't mention football again pretty soon we'll be in trouble. At home to Crystal Palace on Sunday. That should be a win I think. We need some key results in other matches to get back in the playoffs now though.
