Maybe a bit of a random one, but, here we go:-

Do you actually feel guilty when you have a long lie-in? I do! On weekdays, I am normally up around 0600 hours. At weekends, it's normally around 0700 hours (Sat. & Sun.) - this to me is "a long lie", by the way.

I couldn't ever, I think, in this life, actually lie in until midday, even on a Sunday.

Am I alone in this?

I have never, ever had a lie-in, of any sort, in my life. If I'm awake, I'm up. If I did have a lie-in though, I wouldn't feel guilty; bored, very possibly, but not guilty.

I'm like that too. If I'm awake, I'm up, attempting to do something productive in some way. hey ho.

I don't lie in bed awake, but I can wake up at midday sometimes; not very often, normally around 10.00 on weekends. I never feel guilty about it.

Why should I be up early? Today I have got done everything that I need to get done before about 6.30, when I'm going out.

I went to bed at about 3 this morning, yet still managed to get up at 7 for work, and I don't feel tired at all.

well i usually wake at about 7pm as i start work at 10 pm but recently my sleep has been all over the place

I actually would go as far as to say that I would feel like a waste of space in society in general if not up early (!). This morning, I was up at 0740 hours (late), and I felt already angry with myself. I'd go to bed early tho': 9:30 p.m. / 10 p.m. tho'.

Meh. Its half two and I woke up about 20 mins ago.

I do not feel guilty. In fact, im well up for it!

I cannot believe you have actually just woken up foots! I cannot believe that! On a Sunday, when Vernon gets to the "lie-in", it already annoys me 'cos I'll have been up for 3 hours already (or more), and some of the people who text in annoy me. Aaaaaaahhhh.

I'm actually a moaning faced git in the mornings, and not a natural "morning person". I get up through discipline! And a need to complete lists with lots of tasks on them! Then I feel nice & useful in the world.

I think probably about 1000 hours !! By this time, the day has already "gone" in my head.

I got up at half 1. To be fair I was working till half 4 as well. yesterday.
