Sorry, but how is saying that you provide balance to sicklyness being judgemental? And its not me calling new people "idiots" - I think we may have a pot and kettle situation here!

When I used to post at metalsludge anyone who started a 'hi I'm new' thread would be absolutely torn to pieces. It was like a ritual. We'd all tell them to f off in various interesting and literary ways ("go eat a bowl of f@!?" was my personal favourite) and if it was a girl, all the men would demand to see her boobs. They would usually get defensive and start trying to rip on us, then they'd be told that flaming long-established, well-liked posters would do nothing for their popularity. At that point they would usually give up and not be seen again. If they could withstand the barrage of abuse then they were deemed worthy and could go about regular posting business.

Hi guys and gals, enjoying your reaction to a new person on the board, quite amusing
as for being scared off - don't think that'll happen. Been using message boards for a while and have developed a thick skin, bit like Garfield, or I could be stupid like Odie (what day is it by the way ??).

oh here, by the way I am a male so won't be getting them out for the boys, well, i hope not - not a pretty site, man boobs !!! urgh !

It doesn't. It matters to me what I say. My "balance" comment was meant appreciatively, not perjoratively. Not that I think you care, just thought you should know.
