well spotted, yes it is. I think it's a cool little design too. odd in what way?

Odd in that you've got a tattoo of a logo from a TV programme. A good TV program, yes, but it's like getting a tattoo the LuthorCorp logo from Smallville. I just find it a bit odd is all.

Yeah, I think some people will find it a bit odd. My flatmate and I really bonded over Lost so it's about our connections (he got the Hydra). But it's also undeniably geeky. I don't mind that too much. Better that than an identikit meaningless tribal symbol or band round the arm, I reckon.

I like the fact that it's fairly abstract so people who aren't fans won't know what it is. And long after the show is gone it will remain just a cool looking design.

at least you didn't get something like this:

my friend wants to get allison from melrose place tattooed on him, i think it's a terrible idea. abstract logos, even from tv shows, not so bad.

there are more terrible tattoos here

I agree in most situations, but if it's subtle it can be nice.

Remember for a while lots of girls were getting tattoos on on their back like Britney? I've not got any tattoos. The look sore and I've a big baby like that.

I have a birthmark on my face, which has pretty much faded now, you wouldn't know it was there unless you knew it was there - but it was the bane of my life when I was growing up, it was much more noticeable then. I don't want any more marks on me that I can't remove if I want to. Too often tattoos - especially from a bit of a distance - just look like a dirty mark. I have seen some nice ones, but not many. I think the monochrome pattern ones girls often have in the small of the back can look quite good.

I have a cute green disneyesque sleeping dragon on my left shoulder which is discreet and yet speaks volumes about me. I waited until I was 33 to get it done as well, 10 years after I first wanted it, to see if I'd change my mind.
